Energy monitoring by RENOVIS guarantees, through the installation and the use of the latest generation devices and cutting-edge software, the collection real-time of environmental and energy consumption data for the systems, as well as their effective design.
THE OBJECTIVE OF ENERGY MONITORING IS TO PRODUCE USEFUL INFORMATION, NOT STERILE DATABASES
Without full knowledge of the energy behaviour of the production plant, no useful and decisive decisions can be taken.
-
It is therefore necessary to equip ourselves with suitable instruments for the acquisition and historicisation of measures in the field.
- It is essential to be able to combine measurements of different quantities (energy quantities such as currents, powers, energy and/or analogue quantities such as flow rates, pressures, etc.) in order to calculate the performance of the energy line with precision.
- It is also important to have a system that collects this data and makes it available for comprehensive, easy and quick consultation.
DATA MANAGEMENT
Remote measuring devices collect data and send it to the PLC via Modbus network and/or analog signals;
- Data is collected by the PLC on SD memory cards and sent periodically to the server;
- The server stores the data and makes it available for viewing;
- Data can be accessed through a simple JAVA® application.
PECULIARITIES OF OUR ENERGY MONITORING SYSTEM
- Real-time consultation of plant data.
- Trend creation, peak and energy load analysis, cost analysis and definition of their allocation, analysis of the quality of the energy delivered, calculation of plant efficiency coefficients and their efficiency and consumption.
- The data is available in tabular and graphical form and can be downloaded.
